PISTI Professional Membership
An important recent development for Mesari is its membership of PISTI – Perkumpulan Industri Sulam Tato Indonesia, a professional association for Indonesia’s permanent makeup/cosmetic tattoo industry.
PISTI has been established to help improve professional standards, practitioner competency, hygiene and client safety within the Indonesian PMU industry.
For clients, Mesari’s involvement with PISTI demonstrates participation in an industry body working towards stronger professional and safety standards for permanent makeup services.
It is important, however, to distinguish professional association membership from government accreditation or individual practitioner certification. Mesari’s PISTI membership should not be interpreted as meaning that every individual practitioner is
