Our Story

Why We Started TJC Group

TJC Group was founded by Stefanie Jones after her own difficult and costly dental experience in Western Australia led her to research treatment options in Bali extensively.

What began as a small patient-support community quickly grew into a trusted space for Australians seeking honest information, real patient experiences and practical guidance about dental, medical and cosmetic treatment in Indonesia.

As the community grew, it became clear that many people were not simply looking for the cheapest option. They wanted to understand which questions to ask, how to assess provider suitability, what qualifications mattered, what risks to consider, and how to make safer, more informed choices before travelling for treatment.

TJC Group was created to meet that need in a more structured, professional and transparent way.
